Refund policy

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on consumable products, including food items and supplements. This policy aligns with industry standards to ensure product integrity and consumer safety.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at help@yawnless.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and pictures. We will arrange for a free replacement of the same product at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds for damaged or defective items.

Order Cancellations:

We allow order cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, the order is automatically processed for fulfillment and cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at help@yawnless.com with your order number. If your request is received within the 2-hour timeframe, we will do our best to process the cancellation.

Once an order enters fulfillment, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
